3. User Eligibility
By using LIFE11SOLDIERS, you confirm that you: Are at least 18 years of age, or using the app under parental/guardian supervision. Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Are using the app for lawful, non-commercial purposes.
4. Donations
All donations initiated through LIFE11SOLDIERS are redirected to verified external fundraisers. LIFE11SOLDIERS does not collect, store, or distribute funds on behalf of donors or beneficiaries. The final transaction is governed by the terms and policies of the respective fundraising platform. We do not issue receipts, certificates, or tax benefits; these are handled by the original fundraiser host.
5. No Commission Policy
LIFE11SOLDIERS operates on a zero-commission model. We do not deduct or retain any portion of your donation. However, third-party platforms may charge processing or service fees as per their policies, over which LIFE11SOLDIERS has no control.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the LIFE11SOLDIERS app or website. This includes but is not limited to:
- Uploading false, misleading, or harmful content.
- Upload false, misleading, or harmful content.
- Attempt to interfere with the app’s functionality or security.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or similar technologies.
- Impersonate any person, organization, or LIFE11SOLDIERS representative.
Violation of these terms may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account.
7. Third-Party Services
LIFE11SOLDIERS provides links to third-party fundraising sites purely for convenience. We are not responsible for: The accuracy, authenticity, or outcome of any fundraiser. The policies, actions, or data handling practices of third-party platforms. Users are advised to review the Terms and Privacy Policy of each respective platform before making a donation.
8. Donations and Payments
All donations made through our platform are processed by third-party fundraising platforms. LIFE11SOLDIERS does not handle, process, or store any payment information. We are not responsible for any fees, charges, or policies of these third-party platforms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Misuse of donations or fraudulent campaigns hosted on third-party platforms. Technical errors, downtime, or data loss. Your participation is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LIFE11SOLDIERS and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the Service, or a violation of these Terms.
